Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2016 Highest 1756"
1. On May 5, 2016, at around 11:40, the Defendant: (a) removed the theft prevention house using the victim’s home fluort oil (800g), the market price of which is 219,600 won, owned by E, the victim’s home fluor, which was displayed in the store located in Seogu Seogu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu, Seoul, and then cut off and stolen it into the bank without settling the theft prevention house.
2. On May 5, 2016, around 13:00, the Defendant: (a) 4 copies of the mountain milk (800g) equivalent to KRW 219,600, the market value of the above victim company’s ownership, which was located in the Nam-gu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and managed by H, other than public prosecutions displayed in the store, located in the store; and (b) committed theft in the above manner.
3. On September 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) laid off four copies of the mountain powder (800g) equivalent to KRW 149,200, the market price of the Victim Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., the Defendant, located in the Seogu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and located in the store and managed by K, other than the public prosecution, which was displayed in the store; and (b) stolen it by the aforementioned method.
4. On September 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) laid off two copies of the mountain milk (800g) equivalent to KRW 109,80,00 in the market price of the head of the Home Pusstop, the owner of the Home Pusstop Co., Ltd., which was displayed in the store in the “M” located in Daegu-gu L, Daegu-gu L, Daegu-gu; and (b) cut off and stolen it in the above manner.

5. On June 6, 2016, around 11:30, the Defendant: (a) placed at the “P” located in the Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu Seoul Center; and (b) placed four copies of the “Noma AC share” located in the market price of Q, which is the victim’s ownership, managed by Q, other than the public prosecution displayed in the store; and (c) laid off and stolen the “Noma AC share” at a theft prevention house; and (d) placed it in a temporary bank without settlement.

6. On September 29, 2016, the Defendant advertised the trade name PC located in Shindong-dong, Seodong-si on the Internet bulletin board of the “Nurier Republic of Korea” (hereinafter “NV”) and reported it to the Defendant.
