A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2012, the defendant of criminal records was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a crime of acquisition of stolen goods by Seoul Southern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 30th of the same month, and is still in the grace period.

Criminal facts
