A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Larceny;
A. On June 29, 2013, the thief of the registration number plate of June 29, 2013, the thief was removed by hand from the “C” parking lot located in Kimpo-si B around 03:00 on June 29, 2013.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
B. On July 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven the said vehicle by a manager of the said parking lot on July 6, 2013, at a fee parking lot located in Songpa-dong 184-12, Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, 184-12; (b) driving the said vehicle on the part of the victim F-owned market value of KRW 56 million, which was parked therein, as if he were his own vehicle; and (c) driving the said vehicle.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
2. Around 03:00 on July 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) attached the registration number plate of the Malaysia, as described in paragraph 1(a), to a stolen passenger car, as indicated in paragraph 1(b), with the intent to exercise it on the sideway as the Olympic Games near Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu Office; and (b) attached it to a stolen G human car as described in paragraph 1(b).
Accordingly, the defendant used a motor vehicle registration number plate illegally for the purpose of exercising it.
3. On July 6, 2013, the Defendant operated the said Indian car with the registration number plate attached, as described in paragraph (2), for about six months from the side to the front parking lot located in the Songpa-gu Seoul Olympic Winter-ro 93, from January 26, 2014, as the Olympic Games near Songpa-gu Seoul Olympic Winter-dong.
Accordingly, the defendant exercised the illegally used air defense.
