A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 2012, the Defendant, along with C, D, E, F, G, sexually distress H (hereinafter referred to as the “J”), and K, planned to attract the victim L(27 years of age) who purchased a middle and high-speed smartphone and sold it overseas, to a single place with a low-speed smartphone transaction lending, C, F, and J to a single place. The remainder of the Defendant, including the Defendant, plans to cover the police site of the middle and high-speed smartphone transaction and to deduct the victim from the money provided by the victim to purchase a middle and high-speed smartphone.
Accordingly, at around 02:00 on November 27, 2012, C and F moved the victim, who was at the entrance of the irregular market in Guro-gu Seoul, Guro-gu, Seoul, to the above vehicle, and moved the vehicle into the MM parking lot at the time of his own city, and would bring the goods to the victim, and the F sent the signal to the defendant, etc.
Accordingly, at around 03:30 on the same day, the Defendant, D, E, and K making a car in the above Indian car as the police officer. The Defendant: (a) was frightened by the Defendant; (b) was frightened by the Defendant; (c) was frightened by the Defendant; (d) was purchased in advance on one hand after the driver’s seat was frightened by the Defendant; and (d) was frighted by the Defendant, D, E, and K, with the back of K, to the victim who was seated behind the driver’s seat on a yearly basis; (d) was frightened by the Defendant, D, E, and K, with the back of the car; and (d) was frighted by the Justice, after purchasing the back of the victim’s hand and making the victim unable to resist by taking out the amount of the victim’s hand.
As a result, the Defendant received the amount of money from the victim jointly with C, etc.
