The Defendant, on June 11, 2015, “2015 Godan2718,” registered a letter with the purport that “to sell smartphone 4” on the said website without any intent or capacity to sell smartphones, and made a false statement to “to send smartphones if it is deposited in KRW 385,00” to the victim F who reported the above notice to the said website, and received the above money from the victim from the victim from June 7, 2015 to June 22, 2015, as shown in the list of crimes as shown in the attached Table.
