A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

[2013 Highest 7406]

1. On June 30, 2013, the Defendant posted a notice stating that “I will purchase golf bonds” on the Internet NAVV F Cafbook by accessing a smartphone in front of the Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, by using a smartphone, and made a false statement to the effect that “I will send money first to the victim if I send money to the victim.”

In fact, the defendant did not have the above golf loans, and there was no intention or ability to sell it.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, has received 300,000 won from the victim to the single bank account under the name of the Defendant, and fraudulently acquired it;

2. On July 7, 2013, the Defendant, using smartphones in front of the Seo-gu Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, posted a notice stating that “I will purchase a type of figures” on the Internet NAF car page, and made a false statement to the effect that “I will send a type of figures if I first send the money to the victim.”

In fact, the defendant did not have the above punishment and did not have the intention or ability to sell it.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 290,00 won from the victim to the NongHyup Bank account under the name of the Defendant, and acquired it by fraud.

[2014 Highest 952] On June 12, 2012, the Defendant visited the Internet F website at a place where the place is unknown, discovered that the victim FD was seeking “coger’s Kaode lusor”, and contacted the victim, and made a false statement as if it were sold.

However, the defendant did not possess the above goods and did not have the intention or ability to sell them.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 280,000 won from the victim to the Defendant’s agricultural bank account on the same day as the purchase price of the said goods and acquired it by deception.
