Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was in a marital relationship between B and April 10, 1985 to February 26, 2015. A.

A. The Defendant, on June 30, 2013, is authorized to borrow the amount of KRW 15 million from D’s office located in Chungcheongnam-gun budget C to use the amount of KRW 15 million for the application for provisional attachment of “E” land owned by B, with a view to borrowing KRW 15 million from D’s office located in Chungcheong-gun budget C and allowing D to use it for the application for provisional attachment of “E” land owned by B, and to borrow the amount as of June 30, 2013 and to promise to pay the amount as of September 20, 2013.

(B) On June 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) indicated “F apartment G B” in the name of Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the borrower; (b) sealed B’s seal on his name. Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations, the Defendant forged B, a copy of the loan certificate in the name of B, which is a private document; (b) the Defendant, at the same time and at the same place, forged the falsified document, issued to D as if one copy of the loan certificate was duly formed. (b) The Defendant forged the loan certificate (ii) and exercised the private document; (b) around May 30, 2016, the Defendant entered D’s office located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the end of May, 2016, “E” in the form of “B” with the name of B, one hundred and five million won (15,000,0000,000) and the above amount as of June 30, 2013, and made payment on the name of B apartment as of three (30.03).

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of a private document B, which is a private document related to rights and obligations.

2 The Defendant, at the above date and at the above place, delivered a forged loan certificate to D as if it was genuine.
