1. Larceny of intrusion on night buildings;

A. On October 22, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C, at around 19:50 on October 22, 2016, opened a corrected entrance and intrudes into the greenhouse managed by the victim C, and then cut off the victim’s market price stored at the same time by carrying 4 horses of KRW 200,000,000, at the victim’s market price stored therein.

B. On October 22, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim E at the victim E farm located in the Chungcheong City F on October 22, 2016: (a) opened an unresh entrance of the container managed by the victim; and (b) intruded inside the container; and (c) loaded 2 manbs in the victim’s market price stored therein, which amount to one million won, on the part of the victim’s owner.

On October 23, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim G, which came in front of the vinyl managed by the victim G in Ha on October 23, 2016, the Defendant opened a corrected entrance and intruded inside the entrance, and then cut off the 250,000 won of the market price owned by the victim, by carrying 5 the 250,000 won of the market price in Haba.

2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On October 22, 2016, the Defendant driven a motor device license at approximately 173 km section from the first road to the first road in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, via the places specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) around October 22, 2016, without obtaining a motor device license from around 173 km section to the first road in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

B. On October 23, 2016, the Defendant committed a crime on October 23, 2016, without obtaining a motor device bicycle license from approximately 166 km to the first road in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, through the place specified in Section 1-C from the first road to the first road in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
