Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who, without a certain occupation, goes back to and collects historical water from Pyeongtaek-si-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, and Dong-dong mobile vehicle without a specific occupation.

1. On May 29, 2016, at around 05:11, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim C (55 years, south) located in Pyeongtaek-si B; (b) the victim’s market price located adjacent to the entrance, which is equivalent to KRW 50,000,00,000, 50,000, and was loaded into E E-si, which he/she gets out of the entrance. (c) On August 30, 2016, the Defendant cut off the victim G (31 years, south) located in Pyeongtaek-siF, and then cut off the victim’s market price at KRW 500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won, owned by the victim, using any cre

3. On September 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) cut off two of the total market value equivalent to KRW 12,000,00, in the victim J (49 years of age, south) located in Pyeongtaek-si at around 03:31, 201 by means of the above paragraph (1) at the “K” operated by the victim J (J).

4. On September 15, 2016, the Defendant intruded into the building through an outside entrance, which was not corrected at the construction site of Pyeongtaek-si Ludio, and cut off the air-conditioning pipe from the market price equivalent to one million won owned by the victim M (42 3, South) who was installed in the 10 room, and caused the theft of the evidence.
