Punishment of the crime

On September 13, 2015, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car on September 16:38, 2015, and proceeded along the three-lane direction in the south-gu Nam-gu Seoul metropolitan high-priced direction with the four-lane road in front of Gwangju Nam-gu.
