Punishment of the crime

On February 21, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor and three months in Seoul Southern District Court for the crime of interference with business, etc. on February 12, 2015.

가. 업무방해 피고인은 2015. 3. 3. 10:40경 서울 영등포구 D에 있는 피해자 C(여, 56세)가 운영하는 ‘E’ 식당에서, 칼국수를 시켜 먹고는 피해자에게 시비를 걸며 “개 같은 년아, 칼국수 먹다가 이빨이 부러졌다, 씹할년아 어떡할거냐”라고 큰 소리로 욕설을 하면서 팔을 들어 피해자를 때리려는 시늉을 하는 등 소란을 피워 위 식당에 있던 손님이 그곳을 떠나게 하고, 위 식당에 들어오려던 손님들이 들어오지 못하게 함으로써 위력으로 피해자의 식당 영업 업무를 방해하였다.

B.
