A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Interference with business;
A. On November 6, 2015, the Defendant committed the crime around 08:30 on November 6, 2015, at around 08:30, the Ecafeteria operated by the victim D on November 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sent the victim a large amount of the victim who knows that the Defendant was breading on the part of the victim, who was aware of the fact that the Defendant would not drink himself/herself; and (b) provided the victim with the fact that he/she would not drink himself/herself; and (c) provided the victim with a large amount of the victim who was aware of the fact that he/she was drinking.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.
B. On November 6, 2015, around 13:50 on November 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol in the said E-cafeteria operated by the Victim D on November 6, 2015, the Defendant: (b) provided the victim with a large interest of the victim, and (c) provided the victim with his/her desire to “scoping, opening, and opening the same year”; (d) was unable to enter the said restaurant for about 10 minutes, such as breaking the inside and outside of the restaurant; or (e) allowed the customers who were in the restaurant to leave the restaurant at that place.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.
2. Around 01:10 on April 28, 2016, the Defendant: (a) while drinking alcohol together with the victim G(53 years of age) located in F of F of the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan City, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to take care of the victim’s house; and (b) refused it.
Accordingly, the victim led the defendant to the front door, and exceeded the floor, and the defendant took the lives, which are the dangerous objects of the victim's being over, and threatened the victim as they were.
Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.
