A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2013, the Defendant sentenced the Seoul Southern District Court to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) and completed the execution of the sentence on June 11, 2014.

A. From around 18:30 on December 27, 2014 to 23:27 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim G operation “H” in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul (F) under the influence of alcohol; (b) went back to the table of other customers without any justifiable reason; and (c) threatened the victim with having died of several people in a foreign country; (d) cut off the microphone of other customers who snife their singing; and (e) went back to the victim who prevented them from drinking; and (e) took the victim’s snifeing the victim’s spats, such as “h from drinking and funeral service”; and (e) interfered with the victim’s entertainment business by force by force.”

2. The defendant is insulting 1. A.
