A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operates the power distribution team and the automatic control team manufacturing and selling chain in Ulsanbuk-gu E (hereinafter referred to as “F”), and supplies G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “G”) with low pressure blocking devices for H company products.

1. Around July 18, 2008, the Defendant transferred or delivered KRW 190 million, in total, to the said I, from the time until November 2012, as shown in attached Table 1, the sum of KRW 19 million to the J national bank account (K) used by the said I, together with an illegal solicitation to the effect that “I, the case, during the payment period, I would be sufficiently secured, and I would like to process the supply contract for the low pressure circuit so that I would not secure inventory.”

After all, the defendant made an illegal solicitation with regard to the I's duties to handle another's business and provided KRW 19 million to the defendant.

2. From early 2009, the Defendant: (a) made an illegal solicitation to the effect that “Around October 23, 2013, the G Electric Systems Center Design Division of the G Electric Systems Center,” “I will reflect in the design so that our company can supply Hscopers imported and supplied by our company to M; (b) will give KRW 100 million per unit of the case; and (c) around June 2009, L delivered KRW 100,000 to the said L at the mutual influent restaurant located in Ulsan, from the time of delivery to October 23, 2013 of the KRW 10,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000 to the said L, as shown in the attached Table 2, was delivered to the above L, as the case of the crime list 15 times.

In the end, the Defendant made an illegal solicitation and granted KRW 1 billion to the L's duties to handle another's affairs.
