A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall smoke or take in, or possess for any interest in, marijuana or its seed coats.

1. Smoking marijuana;

A. On January 2018, the Defendant, at the end of the morning, smoked in a way of smoking in a tobacco in general tobacco with a flusium’s flusium’s flusium flusium flusium flusium, at the end of the morning.

B. On February 2, 2018, the Defendant smoked in the same place as that of the above A.M., and in the same manner as that of the above A.M., the hemp amount.

2. From February 18, 2018 to February 22:30, the Defendant: (a) was in possession of marijuana, from the “F” located in Switzerland-si; (b) marijuana 5.17g, and 0.53g; (c) hemp seeds sealed in the plastic paper, packed in the plastic paper, 3.54g; and (d) hemp seeds 1.42g (2) of the hemp tobacco in a tobacco package, respectively, for the purpose of smoking.

1. Statement by the defendant in court;

1. A narcotics appraisal report (part or modification of seized articles);

1. Each protocol of seizure and list of seizure, and application of each statute of limitations;

1. Article 61 (1) 4 (a), Article 3 subparagraph 10 (a) (the point of smoking marijuana), Article 61 (1) 4 (b) and Article 61 subparagraph 10 (b) (the point of possessing marijuana for the purpose of smoking) of the Act on the Protection of Narcotics, Etc., and Selection of Punishment for Crimes;

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. The main sentence of Article 67 of the Act on the Management of Confiscated Narcotics;

1. The reason for sentencing under the proviso of Article 67 of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. (amended by Presidential Decree No. 2010, Feb. 1, 2011) in the basic area (from August to January 1, 201) of category 2 (marijuth) including medication, simple possession, etc.: The crime related to narcotics, etc., is a serious crime that seriously affects society as a whole, such as impairing the public health as well as causing other crimes.

The accused is punished three times for a crime of the same kind (Suspension of execution of each imprisonment with prison labor).

However, the above power shall be ten years before the year.
