A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 28, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution for 8 months of imprisonment with labor by the Incheon District Court for interference with business, and such judgment becomes final and conclusive on May 9, 2017 and is still under suspension of execution.

1. On September 5, 2017, around 04:30 on September 5, 2017, the Defendant found D Hospital 6 D Hospital C at Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, under the influence of alcohol, and performed a bath for about 10 minutes, such as “F Had, Had, Had Had, Had, Had,” and “hinging a bath,” despite the control of the victim E and the staff in charge of security.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the management of the victim's hospital by force.

2. Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the management of the victim's hospital by force.

3. On September 6, 2017, at around 14:15, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at the six-story ward of the above hospital, pushed down the name of the victim, irrespective of the control of the nurse and the chief of the kindergarten and the staff, and drank over about 40 minutes of the F Party Ba and “F Party Ba Ha Ha Ha Ha h h h h h h h h h h h h h.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victims' nursing services by force.

4. On September 13, 2017, at around 19:30, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at the six-story ward of the above hospital, she dumpeded about 30 minutes, with the Defendant’s intention to deviate from the name of the victim and the staff in charge of the security under paragraph (1), and dumpeded “fing to the F” with the Defendant, despite the restraint of the victim and the staff in charge of the security.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the management of the victim's hospital by force.
