Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from December 21, 2015 to December 4, 2017, was hospitalized in the “D Hospital” operated by the victim C (the age of 63) located in the north-gu Mapo-si, North Korea-si, and received treatment.

1. On February 1, 2018, the Defendant demanded a copy of medical records from around 12:45 to 12:55 of the same day from February 1, 2018, from “D Hospital” to “D Hospital” to make a copy of medical records for one year, and subsequently requested the staff of the hospital to copy the medical records, “I do not do not do so, door-to-door, do not do so, and do not do so,” and when the copy of medical records was damaged to the floor, the Defendant as the victim saws the abnormal, and embling it to the floor, and sound the victim saw it as “in the first place, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, I am, and I am am, I am, and am am am, I am am unable to do so by assaulting the staff of the victim on the floor by using the hallway and sliding door.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the operation of the victim hospital by force.

2. On March 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) thought that, despite having undergone a bridge at the time of hospitalization in the fourth floor ward of the above hospital, the nurse was led to a bath in the same floor from the fourth floor nurse to the same bath in the same floor without using a wheelchairs; (b) re-report the distance thereof; and (c) directed him to directly enter the above hospital’s staff in the nursing hospital or in dialogue with other patients.

Accordingly, on March 5, 2018, around 14:45, the Defendant was informed of the staff of a hospital in the vicinity of the first floor of the hospital, and despite the notice posted to the above hospital receipt stand and the elevator, etc. that “the guardian and visitors are prohibited from entering the sick room,” the above hospital is managed by the victim on board the elevator.
