A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On September 5, 2017, at around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) sought while under the influence of alcohol and divided E and talks with the instant hospital, which was hospitalized at the D Hospital, in front of the D Hospital’s entrance in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun; (b) took a bath to see that the instant hospital’s disease was laid in the glass door; (c) put the victim F, who is an employee in charge of the security of the said hospital, puts the Defendant into the hospital, thereby interfering with the victim’s security duties by force over about 30 minutes, such as threateninging the victim’s disease at the hospital.

B. At around 11:00 on September 6, 2017, the Defendant found the instant hospital’s first floor under the influence of alcohol, and requested the victim G, a person in charge of receipt, to hospitalize himself/herself, and made the victim’s remarks that “abbbbage is the same that he/she is under the influence of alcohol,” while taking a bath to boom him/her, on the ground that he/she said that the victim “abbre in the house with the same alcohol.”

1. As referred to in paragraph (a), the victim’s disturbance was imprisoned and threatened, and obstructed the victim’s original duties and the receipt by force by avoiding disturbance, such as breaking the glass of the preceding day and breaking the glass.

At around 23:00 on September 12, 2017, the Defendant found that he was drunk in the hospital 23:1, the second floor of the hospital 2, 211, and obstructed the victim's protection duty by force, such as a private nursing victim H, etc., who was working in the hospital 3:3,00, and a private nursing victim H, etc., even though he was able to control the patient, and acting in the nurse and the person in charge of security.

around 08:50 on October 1, 2017, the Defendant found I (the age of 79) in the state of alcohol in the Department of the Medical Service at the above hospital, and found I (the age of 08:79). The Defendant sent the victimJ, who is the officer and staff of the nuclear department, “as soon as our prine has contracted dementia,” “I can give an urgent treatment due to dementia,” and the victim sent a large answer to “I can give an emergency treatment due to a holiday of the Yellow Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Year’s Day.”
