Reasons

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant entered Korea with Mongolian nationality on July 7, 2012, accompanied by his/her spouse.

At present, the Defendant posted a letter of trading of heavy mobile phones on the Mongolian Internet information exchange website, purchased smartphone, which is a stolen, at low prices, and sold it at low prices, and attempted to appropriate its profits for living expenses.
