A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 8, 2017, at around 02:55, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault, such as a defect in order to listen to the circumstances and personal information of the instant case by a police officer, who was dispatched to the site upon receiving a report from 112, stating that “A apartment house, which is one’s own residence in the Chungcheong City B, was 104 east, and was in the D and drinking place and returned home with drinking on the same day; and (b) the Defendant was able to listen to the circumstances and personal information of the instant case by having a police officer, who was dispatched to the site upon receiving the said report from the said D’s “D and drinking.”

계속하여 피고 인은 위 F의 지원 요청을 받고 출동한 같은 지구대 소속 경찰 관인 피해자 순경 G(29 세) 이 자신을 제지하자, “ 야 씨 발. 경찰관 새끼들 아 ”라고 욕설을 하면서 손으로 위 G의 머리채를 움켜 쥔 채 흔들고, 발로 위 G의 정강이 부위를 약 4회 정도 걷어 차 넘어뜨리는 등 폭행하였다.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on the handling of 112 reported cases, and at the same time, the Defendant inflicted an injury on each of the above G, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.

1. Articles 40 and 50 of the Criminal Act of the Commercial Concurrent Crimes (the crime of obstructing the performance of official duties against victim G and the crime of injuring an injury, and the punishment shall be imposed as more severe injury);

1. Selection of each sentence of imprisonment;
