1. Progress of litigation;

A. The summary of the facts charged (1) Robberys (main facts charged) are as follows.

As seen in paragraph (1) above, since there was an additional charge of robbery against the Defendant in the trial prior to remand, this part of the facts charged was the primary charge.

The Defendant was a person who works as the main agent of the D Production Management Department in Gwangju Mine-gu, and was in company E from September 201 to September 201, but E returned from January 201 to the victim F (28 years of age) of the Defendant’s subordinate staff, and returned to the Defendant who was the father of the Defendant.
