Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, from September 2011 to September 201, 201, returned to E, a company, as the main agent of the D Production Management Department in Gwangju Mine-gu, and from January 201, E returned from January 201 to the victim F (28 years of age) of the Defendant’s subordinate employees, and returned to the Defendant, a father-Nam-Nam-nam.

At around 21:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) when the victim set off at around 21:00 on the same day boarded the said cargo vehicle; (b) opened the rear door of the said cargo vehicle; (c) opened the vehicle in the vehicle; and (d) brought the victim’s body into the cargo space by “I see why she would make it considerably, why she would see, why she would see, why she would see, what she would see; and (d) moved from the company to the H in Gwangju-gu mine with approximately 2 km away from the company.
The Defendant, in the clothes of the victim who is unable to resist as above, has only one cellular phone owned by the victim and 20,000 cash.
