A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 01:55 on August 14, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving a sound driving) and driven a motor vehicle with X-gu in a state of alcohol alcohol concentration of approximately 0.190% from a 1km section from the roads located in Samcheon-dong 1, Samcheon-dong, Samcheon-dong 1 to the roads located in Samcheon-dong 1, Samcheon-dong 1, 300.
