Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. At around 05:20 on May 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a vehicle C in the section of approximately 800 meters without a vehicle driver’s license from the west-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Nowon-gu 18-dong 2-dong Gyeongcheon-si to the Jeju 3 Apartment Complex in Samcheon-dong 3-dong.

In the office of the Jeonju Coast Guard Police Station mentioned in the port, the defendant made a false statement to H of the Jeonju Police Station, who is investigating the above case, as if he caused an accident while driving according to A's teacher, and let the offender escape.
