Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2011, at around 21:37, the Defendant driven B trucking approximately 15 meters of alcohol from the front day of the Yancheon-gu Busan-gu Busan-gu Busan-dong Library’s trade name in the vicinity of the Samcheon-dong Library, Samcheon-gu, Seoul-si, Seoul-si, to the front day of the Yeocheon-dong Samcheon-dong, Samcheon-gu, Seoul-si, Seoul-do.
