A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled Metepha (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which is a local mental medicine as follows.

1. The Defendant had a mind to contact the sales of his nameless penphones through the telegram to purchase the penphones.

A. On April 15, 2020, at around 16:27:49, the Defendant transferred KRW 750,000 in the name of “F” to the bank account under the name of C (E) in the name of C Co., Ltd. (E) that was known by the winners of the above name in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul. On May 5, 2020: around 21:30:29, the Defendant remitted KRW 750,000 in the above-mentioned Category C’s name to the bank account in the name of “H”, and around 22:00 on the same day, at around 22:00, the Defendant purchased 0.5g of philophonephones, in which the non-name-disciated person is concealed, from the lower side of the stairs gate, located in the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Salydong-dong.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On May 5, 2020, at around 22:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.3g of philopon into a single-use injection machine from the non-commercial guest rooms located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and injected it into the arms by dilution with water.

B. Around May 6, 2020, the Defendant injected approximately 0.2g of phiphones in the guest room as described in paragraph (a) of Section 2 at the same time, by dilution them into a single-use injection machine, and dilution them into arms.
