Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on September 24, 2015, was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months by the Ulsan District Court for injury, etc. on September 24, 2015, and was currently pending in the appellate trial for the period of 2 months, Ulsan District Court 2015 High Court 1705 High Court 1705 High Court 2015 High Court 2015, Ulsan District Court 20185 (Appellate Court). The Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing crypoids;

A. On January 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 02:00, around 02:00, sent approximately KRW 200,000 to the names in the Seo-gu, Gwangju-gu, and sent approximately 0.5g of Mesopha (one philophone; hereinafter referred to as “philogramopon”).

B. On January 7, 2016, the Defendant transferred 400,000 won of philopon to the account of a national bank in the name of the E bank, and received approximately 0.5 grams of philopon, which the Defendant sent from G located in Gwangju, Seo-gu, Gwangju, about 19:00 on the same day, by means of high-speed bus freight operated by a person without his name in Incheon to Gwangju, in a disguised manner.

On January 11, 2016, the Defendant, at around 11:30, remitted 550,000 won of philopon to the account of a national bank in the name of E, and received approximately 0.5g gramlopon, which was sent by the Defendant’s house located at H and 304 of Gwangju Dong-gu, Gwangju, on January 12, 2016, which was the following day, in disguised manner, from the Defendant’s house located at H and 304 of Gwangju-gu, and sent by the non-member of the name to the hand

A. On January 4, 2016, at around 03:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.25g of philophones into a single-use injection machine, and melted them into the Defendant’s arms.

B. On January 4, 2016, at around 05:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.25 grams into a single-use injection machine, and melted with water into the Defendant’s arms.
