A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. The Defendant, who purchased psychotropic drugs, was willing to purchase psychotropic drugs from a seller on the Internet (i.e., psychotropic drugs; hereinafter referred to as “clopon”). A.m., the Defendant had a mind to purchase psychotropic drugs from a seller on the Internet.

On August 14, 2019, at around 03:39, the Defendant remitted 400,000 won to the E-bank account (F) in the name of D (State) designated by the winners of his name in C convenience points located in Chungcheongnam-si B, Chungcheongnam-si, and purchased and sold phiphones in a manner that brings about 0.5g of phiphones under concealed stairs and railing in the name of the Dong-gu, Daejeon-si.

B. On September 12, 2019, the Defendant conspiredd with G to sell and purchase phiphones, and transferred 400,000 won to the E bank account (F) in the name of the week designated by the winners of his name at the Daejeon-gu H building and I convenience store on September 12, 2019. On the same day, the Defendant brought about 0.5g of phiphones concealed under the supervision of the bitra stairs Hand rail in the address of the Dong-dong-gu (hereinafter referred to as Dong-gu) and received 200,000 won from G in the vicinity of the Jindo located in the same day and received 0.25g of phiphones from G.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with G, sold approximately 0.5g 0.5g 400,000 won.

C. On October 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 300,00 to the E Bank account (F) in the name of the E Bank account in the name of D (State) designated by the winners of his/her name, and (b) attempted to sell and sell a phiphone in a manner that brings about 0.5g of a phiphone under the non-scopon which was concealed under the non-scoponic stairs at the time of the war on the same day; (c) however, the Defendant failed to carry out an attempted transaction of a phiphone at a designated place where there is a phiphone, without a phiphone.

On October 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) transferred 400,000 won to the e bank account designated by the deceased; and (b) traded phiphones in the way of bringing 0.5g of the philophones concealed in the e-mail of the e-mail in the e-mail of the Dong-gu L Housing in Yan-gu, Yan-si, Yan-si.
