Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 27, 2013, at around 01:20, the Defendant laid the body with C, who is a taxi engineer, in front of the Busan Police Station, the Busan Police Station at the end of the 408-4 Busan Police Station, the Defendant opened the shoulder shoulder of D on the left side, opened the shoulder of D on one occasion by taking the shoulder shoulder of D from D, who is an auxiliary police officer, belonging to the above police station, and removed the shoulder shoulder of D on one occasion on the hand, who was removed from E by the slope belonging to the above police station.
