A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around 19:10 on March 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven a B SP car at the right side of the Defendant’s C and entered the left-hand turn at the speed of the Women’s Center from the scambly middle school located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu; (b) the place was an intersection where traffic is not controlled by signal apparatus; (c) the driver was at the speed of the driver’s duty of care to prevent accidents from occurring due to the passage of other vehicles in such a way as to reduce the traffic conditions of the intersection and stop the operation of the said vehicle at the speed of 5:00 to the left-hand side of the scambly, while neglecting the duty of care to prevent accidents due to the negligence of entering the intersection; (d) the victim’s (46:00) who was parked on the left-hand side of the scambly, and (d) the victim’s 9-day driver’s duty of care to safely stop the above part of the scam.
