A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person dealing with narcotics, but is not a person dealing with narcotics, and is not allowed to sell, administer, or possess a cryphophone (one philophone, hereinafter referred to as "philophone").

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On February 15, 2020, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase philophones from a book to sell philophones (i.e., AD) in contact through the Internet B; (b) transferred KRW 80,000 to a G bank account (H) in the name of the F where the said philophones were designated at the E cancer point located in Ansan-si, Around 16:53 on February 15, 2020; and (c) purchased philophones by means of finding approximately 0.1g of philophones, which concealed the sales volume of the said philophones in the 17:30 on the same day.

B. On February 20, 2020, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase a phiphone from a book to sell a phiphone, which was made contact through the Internet (AD C); (b) on February 20, 2020, transferred KRW 100,000 to a G bank account (H) in the name of F, which was designated at the above E cancer point; and (c) on February 20, 202, the Defendant purchased the phiphone in a way of finding approximately 0.30 G bank account (H) in the name of F, which was designated as a book for sales of the said phiphone at the above E cancer point; and (d) on the following day, around 0:30 of the day, he purchased the phiphone in a way of finding approximately 0.1g of a phiphone, which concealed the phiphone sales of the said phiphone.

(c)

On April 23, 2020, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase phiphones from a book (i.e., H) selling phiphones, which became contacted through the Internet B; (b) on April 23, 2020, the Defendant transferred 300,000 won to the address of the bucos designated by the said bucos; and (c) on the same day, purchased 0.5 g of the buphones, in which the bucos sales volume of the buphones were concealed, to the address of the bucos in which the said bucos were designated; and (d) on the same day, around 22:00 of the bucos, the Defendant purchased buphones by means of finding approximately 0.5 g of the buphones, in which the bucos sales volume of the buphones was concealed.

(d)

On May 21, 2020, the Defendant decided to purchase phiphones from books (i.e., AJ) selling phiphones, which became contacted through Internet B, and on May 21, 2020, immediately on May 21, 2020.
