Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the Defendants are above two years from the date when this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A. A., 2020 Highest 7666, Defendant A dealt with Mesophical drugs (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”), as follows, even though he is not a narcotics handler.

Accordingly, the above defendant traded philophones.

Accordingly, the above defendant administered philophones.

B. Defendant A of the 2020 Godan 7739, 2020, when around the first half of March 202, Defendant A 200, he drank by inserting the philophone in drinking water from his own house located under L.

2. Defendant B - Defendant B handled philophones as follows, even though he is not a narcotics handler.
