The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of the grounds for appeal: Imprisonment with prison labor for not less than four months;

2. We examine the determination of the court below, and consider the circumstances that the defendant recognized the error and require medical treatment and assistance for alcohol content, etc. However, we accept the determination of the sentence imposed by the court below in light of the sentencing conditions under Article 51 of the Criminal Act, including the circumstances decided by the court below, and there is no illegality of unfair sentencing.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
