The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. Summary of the grounds for appeal: Imposition of a fine of up to 6 million won and 40 hours after completion of a sexual assault treatment program;

2. The court below's sentencing is acceptable in full view of the circumstances determined by the court below and other conditions of sentencing under Article 51 of the Criminal Act, and there is no criminal history of the defendant's confession, and there is no need to treat the defendant as well as the need for medical treatment and assistance (in addition, class 3 and alcohol dependence). The court below's sentencing is unreasonable.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
