A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and a fine of thirty million won for violating the National Sports Promotion Act at the Gwangju District Court on one-year imprisonment for a violation of the National Sports Promotion Act, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 19, 2013.

On July 25, 2013, the Defendant was a holder of B rocketing passenger car, and around 00:33, the Defendant operated the said rocketing passenger car without obtaining a driver’s license from the 5km section from the Hongdong University of Jongno-gu Seoul to the 877-182nd road in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license.
