Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 18, 2013, at around 21:10 on October 21, 2013, the Defendant reported 112 that a person fell on the platform of the second underground floor of the subway Station in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, 877-66 subway Station 87-66, and confirmed the case to a witness D, who was dispatched to the site, and conducted an investigation of the case disadvantageous to E, who is the defendant's one-way driver, and took the right walk at one time.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers related to 112 reporting duties.
