1) On May 12, 2016, the Defendant: (a) asked G to pay 1 million won in advance by telephone to H; (b) requested H to pay phiphones; and (c) opened approximately 0.7m of philophones contained in a vinyl box using H’s KX-type type from the J station located in I around 22:00 on May 13, 2016; and (d) around May 16, 2016, the Defendant sent 1.1 million won in consideration of the price to G in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

2) On May 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) asked G to pay h with a phone call “1 million won for opon; (b) requested H to pay the opon price in advance; (c) on May 15, 2016, from N located in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si M, to use a high-speed bus bus line from H to H in a plastic bus line; and (d) on May 16, 2016, the Defendant sent approximately KRW 0.7 g of cellphones contained in the plastic bus line in the plastic bus box from H to H; and (e) on May 16, 2016, the Defendant added KRW 110,000 to G as the price therefor.

3) On May 22, 2016, the Defendant sent G phonephones to H by telephone to H.

In other words, after requesting “,” around 07:00 on May 23, 2016, N in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, used a high-speed bus home line from H to 0.7g of plasticphonephones contained in the plastic bus box.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased and sold a local mental medicine over three times.

B. (1) On May 13, 2016, the Defendant, on the administration and provision of medicine for psychotropic spirit, 1) dilution with 0.03 grophones, respectively, under subparagraph 1 of “PMoel” located in Sung-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seo-gu, Sung-gu, Sungnam-gu.
