Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On April 21, 2011, the Defendant sentenced the Daejeon District Court to four years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on April 28, 2015.

1. On June 6, 2015, the Defendant attempted to open a door of the EM5 vehicle owned by the victim D and to steals, which was parked on the road in front of the Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon, Daejeon, but did not commit an attempted theft without any goods to be stolen.
From that time to June 6, 2015, the Defendant attempted to steal goods from a passenger car owned by the victims by the same method over a total of 30 times, such as the list of offenses, but the car door was set off or no goods to be stolen were to be stolen.

Accordingly, the defendant committed assault to the victim I for the purpose of theft of the victim G's property and escape from arrest.
On May 18, 2015, the defendant of "2015 Gohap263" was parked in the parking lot of the Seo-gu Daejeon District on May 18, 2015.
