1. All of the plaintiffs' lawsuits against defendant K are dismissed.

2. Plaintiffs A, B, C, D, E, F, and G are Defendant I Branch.

1. Defendant I Branch (hereinafter “Defendant J”) is an organization organized by the people engaged in dairy farming in the vicinity of the Southern L in around 1982, and the Plaintiffs are members of Defendant J.

Defendant J completed the registration of the transfer of ownership on the ground of the trust log in his name on June 29, 1996, No. 8378 of receipt on June 29, 1996, as to the 378m2 and 1,534m3m2 in the previous Mlue Mlue Mlue, and the 1,534m2 in the Nlue land, and owned three unregistered buildings such as warehouses and offices on that ground.

Defendant J did not enact any particular rules. On April 1, 2005, Defendant J enacted the rules of association (hereinafter “Defendant J rules”) and its main contents are as follows.

Part I (Name) Part I of the General Rule 1 (Name) The name of the plenary session shall be

section 3.2.

Article 2 (Concepts and Purposes) (1) The purpose of plenary session is to promote the rights and interests of dairy farmers, to promote friendship between their members and to contribute to the development of the local community.

(2) In order to realize such ideology, the plenary session shall carry out the following projects:

(a) arrange feed (T.M.R) and Busan water, alternative oil and nutritions, various dairy machinery and materials, breeding improvement projects, livestock trade, etc.

(b) gather various data as well as the mutual exchange of information between members and promote convenience in the development of dairy farming.

(c) disseminate and acquire saf technology through field learning, presentation of successful cases, invitation of instructors, etc. through field visits to advanced areas.

(d)The member of the plenary session of Section 3 (Qualification of Members) of Section 3 (Qualification of Members) of Part II of the Assembly (A business in accordance with the resolution of the Assembly) is a person who has resided in L and adjacent areas and is currently engaged in dairy farming operations.

Article 4 (Duties of Members) (2) Payment of the membership fees and membership fees as determined by the present meeting.

(Entry fees of KRW 100,00, monthly membership fees of KRW 10,000): Provided, That the entry fees and membership fees may be changed according to the circumstances.

Provided, That new members may participate in the projects determined by the Council, but only the attendance fee may be found at the time of withdrawal.
