1. The plaintiff's lawsuit against the defendant C Village Association shall be dismissed.

1. The purpose of this Section 2 (Purpose) of the Basic Facts is to contribute to promoting the efficacy and friendliness of senior citizens by developing traditional culture, based on trust as well as to promoting the well-being of senior citizens and to promoting the welfare of the juveniles and residents, and preserving and transmitting the local development, with the spirit of close-down, self-help, and cooperation.
