Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

As the representative of the building company C, the defendant entered into a contract with the victim D (40 Do) who is the church pastor on September 10, 2014 and Osan-si E for the new construction of the "F church" in Osan-si, and had the above church building constructed in 600 million won, and there was a dispute in relation to the payment of the construction cost.

1. The Defendant was indicted on June 16, 2015 by stating the date and time of the offense in the facts charged on around "10:00" on June 16, 2015. However, according to the following: (a) the complaint statement of D (the page 31 of the investigation record); (b) the police statement of D in the second interrogation report of the Defendant against the Defendant (the page 38,40 of the investigation record); and (c) the witness H’s witness H’s legal statement, etc., the Defendant did not find the church building at around 10:00 on June 16, 2015; and (d) the police was dispatched to the police station upon I’s report; and (e) it was recognized that the instant church and the police station were committing the instant crime on the same day after the police station returned to the D church that came into contact with I; and (e) it was recognized that the instant church and the instant police station were committing the instant crime on the same day.

The Defendant, on June 16, 2015, recognized that he/she went to a church building to demand the payment of the construction cost on the same day, and even if he/she revises the date and time of the crime without any amendment to an indictment on June 16, 2015, the Defendant did not seem to substantially obstruct the Defendant’s exercise of his/her right to defense. Therefore, the Defendant’s correction is ex officio.

In light of the foregoing, the victim assaulted the victim, such as flabing the victim's flaps and tearing the flab, with the loss of the victim's failure to receive the construction cost from the victim before the F church.

2. The Defendant, among the police officers dispatched at the above date and time, and the daily workers employed at the same place, publicly insulting the victim by openly insulting the victim on the same ground, by stating that “Cropty fe, typule, dog, the same pastor, and the morale change” to the victim.
