A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall exchange, arrange for exchange, or repurchase tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products as a business, and shall distribute or use game products which have not been rated by the Game Rating Board, or display or keep such products for such purposes.

From December 13, 2012 to December 16, 17, 2012, the Defendant, in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, established 60 game machine “scar game machine” without being rated by the Game Rating Board at a game site without a trade name in the operation of the Defendant, and provided customers with a card with 12,000 points accumulated in the game machine by issuing a card with 12,000 points to put them into the game machine and then providing them with 10,000 points remaining after paying 10,000 points remaining on the card, and exchanged tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of the game product.
