Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14, 2012, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Geum-gu, Busan, had access to the Internet website disc (htp:/www.twisk.co.k.kr) from the Defendant’s home to the Internet website disc (htp) at the Defendant’s home, and infringed on the copyright holder’s copyright by advertising the film, a film, which is a cinematographic work of the UN Entertainment for the exemption of copyright holder, on the bulletin board of the above site, for an unspecified number of people accessing the site so that they can have access to the time and place of their choice, as shown in the attached list of crimes, including infringement of copyright by providing the above copyrighted works in the same way from the above date to March 6, 2013.
