Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall, without legitimate authority, reproduce, perform publicly, transmit publicly, exhibit, distribute or lend another person's author's property rights or other property rights protected pursuant to the Copyright Act, or prepare a derivative work.

1. On January 2013, the Defendant infringed on the copyright by providing the above copyrighted copyrighted copyrighted works to an unspecified number of people who have access to the site by advertising the film called “the wind depth”, which is a cinematographic work of copyright community corporation, on the bulletin board of the said site, after accessing the Internet site file reading (htp:/ftiledo.com) before joining the site, and allowing them to have access to the site at the time and place of their choice.

2. On January 2013, the Defendant infringed on the copyright by providing the copyrighted work for use to an unspecified number of people who have access to the website by opening up the “sptp” as stated in paragraph (1) after joining the Internet site file (http:/www.ftile joint and several liability) at an insp site and allowing them to access the site at a selected time and place.
