Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person of "2013 High 4660" shall infringe on another person's copyright without legitimate authority by means of reproduction, adaptation, distribution, translation or transmission of another person's copyright.

Nevertheless, around February 24, 2011, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence of Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, through access to the Internet file sharing site C to AD D' or h'E', which was a member of the Internet file sharing site C, and displayed and distributed the copyright of the copyright holder F's literary work so that many and unspecified file members can download through search, thereby infringing on the copyright of the said creative work from around that time to around August 2013, and infringed on the copyright of the copyright holder at least 87 times in total, as shown in the List of Crimes (1) in the same manner.

No person of 2014 shall infringe on author's property rights and property rights protected pursuant to the Copyright Act by means of reproduction, performance, public transmission, exhibition, distribution, lease, or preparation of secondary works.
