The defendant is the driver of a sports cargo vehicle even though C.

No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. shall threaten or endanger any other person, or cause any danger to traffic, by committing two or more acts, from among the acts of violating signal instructions, violation of speed, crossing, internship or backward, violation of prohibition of change of course, violation of prohibition of noise, generation of any overtaking method, etc., or by continuing or repeatedly performing one act.

As such, the Defendant had been driving in distress, such as once a central line bed, once a speeded, etc., and had been driven in the opposite lane, and caused traffic hazard to the unspecified vehicles and D vehicles and the unspecified vehicles following the latter.
