1. The plaintiff's claim for confirmation of ownership among the lawsuit of this case is dismissed.

The summary of the case is that the Plaintiff seeks confirmation of ownership and cancellation of the preservation registration in the name of the Defendant on the ground that the Plaintiff is the sole inheritance of each real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter referred to as the land in this case, and the individual land is indicated in the same manner as the “land” in accordance with the table Nos. 1).
