Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. At around 23:15 on January 21, 2020, the Defendant: (a) intended to receive a request from the victim to leave the victim at the end of the hours of use from the “E” room No. 5 of the victim C’s operation located in Asan City; and (b) obstructed the Defendant’s operation of the victim’s singing club by force by avoiding the disturbance for about one hour, without going through the instant singing club for about one hour.

B. Around 23:50 on January 21, 2020, the Defendant openly insulting the said G by stating that “I would like to receive a request for returning home from the victim G officer of the ASEAN Police Station, who was called out after receiving the said report by the said C at the said place on January 21, 2020, the Defendant publicly insulting the said G, including the said G, “I am bitch bitch bitch bitch, and grow up as a bitch bitch bitch, and packer’s age.”

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant’s insult 1-B

Around 30 minutes to the above victim G who shot back home at the time and place indicated in the port, and at the same time and place, the victim openly insultingd the victim by stating, “This bitch bitch bitch can be seen as bitch bitch bitch, arb, son, son, etc.,” etc.

B. At around 00:10 on January 22, 2020, the Defendant committed assault against G on the following grounds: (a) the Defendant continued to engage in the performance of official duties without disclosing personal information at the above location; and (b) arrested the said A as a flagrant offender who interfered with the performance of his/her duties, such as “I ambner, why why I am bitle, I am bitle, I am bitle, I am bitle, I am the shoulder of the said G in two hands.”

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted G and interfered with the police officer’s legitimate 112 reporting processing work.
