The Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant to sell and purchase each of the following real estate (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”), and each of the following real estate (hereinafter “O real estate”) as a broker for the sale and lease thereof according to the sequence below:

C. On November 4, 201, the Defendant paid to the Plaintiff a total of KRW 20 million, KRW 5 million on April 17, 2012, KRW 200,000 on May 1, 2012, KRW 300,000 on October 25, 2012, KRW 300,000 on November 21, 2012, KRW 5 million on June 10, 201, and KRW 30 million on March 5, 2014, respectively.

2. Determination as to the claim of brokerage commission

A. According to the above facts of determination as to the cause of the claim, the Defendant concluded a brokerage contract with the Plaintiff on each of the instant real estate, and barring any special circumstance, at KRW 48,309,750, total brokerage commission to the Plaintiff.
