A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From September 15, 2012 to June 10, 2013, the Defendant is a person who worked as a security guard in the “E” located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the victim F (n, 58 years of age) was a person who worked as the U.S. dollars at the above company from August 20, 2012 to December 20 of the same year, and the victim G (n, 52 years of age) was a person who worked as the U.S. dollars at the above company from November 21, 2012 to June 21, 2012.

1. On September 2012, at around 11:15, the Defendant discovered that the victim F was signing in front of the book and was in the work book to force the indecent act by force. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim F on September 1, 2012, at the time of the lower order.

2. Crimes against victims G;

C. At around 06:40 on March 28, 2013, the Defendant was waiting for a signal to attend the crosswalk in front of the J elementary school located in the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City I, with the intent to detect the above victim who was waiting for the signal in the next place and to force the indecent act of the female.
